How to Size Your Wrist
No tape measure? No problem! Find a string, ribbon or soft measuring tape and let's get to work!
- Wrap it around your wrist, right along your wrist bone.
- Find a comfortable fit, not too tight - Think of it as a comfortable hug
- Mark the spot where it overlaps then lay it flat against a ruler.
- We recommend adding a half inch to the size of your wrist as our bracelets should have some room to move around slightly for a comfortable fit.
Limited Warranty
All titanium Hook jewelry comes with a Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Before sending anything in, please email us at sales@thehookcompany.com with details about your item and what service you need. Photos are welcome. We'll guide you from there.
Sizing Exchange
If your titanium bracelet or ring doesn't fit, we're happy to help with a size exchange under our Limited Warranty.
- New, unworn condition (no scratches, in original plastic bag, returned within 12 days of receipt purchase confirmed with receipt): $20 per item - this includes the shipping back to you with a tracking number.
Return shipping to us is at the customer's expense. We recommend shipping with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Send to: 3795 E Parsons Point Rd. #9, Hernando, FL 34442.
Once your item passes quality check, we'll send a PayPal request or secure credit card payment link for the fee, then ship your replacement within 2–4 business days of receiving your item. Please return it with its original packaging with a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation. A replacement in the same mm width will be sent.
If your item does not pass quality check due to damage, the worn/damaged exchange rate will apply ($45 per bracelet / $25 per ring).
Please Note
Our warranty does not cover items damaged, broken, or bent from abnormal wear and tear. No returns or exchanges on special orders or custom sizes. This warranty applies to titanium items only.
We no longer carry sterling silver or 14k gold items, as our manufacturer has retired. For repairs on those pieces, we recommend visiting a local jeweler. We appreciate your understanding.
For any returns without an exchange we have a $15 restocking fee.
